General Conditions

BOOKINGS:
Once you make the reservation through our website, we will contact you by email or telephone to detail your reservation.

RENT PAYMENT:
Payment of the outstanding rental amount will be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash in local currency. Entry will not be allowed without payment having been made.

CHANGE OF DATES OF THE STAY:
If the client wishes to change the dates of their reservation, they must notify SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS by email. If there is availability on other dates, the change will be made without any additional cost. If there is no availability on the new dates chosen by the client and the client decides to cancel the reservation, the SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS reservation cancellation conditions will apply. See next point.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:
The client may cancel without any cost up to 7 days before arrival.
All cancellations made between 7 and 1 days prior to arrival date will be charged 20% of the reservation amount.
SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS if due to force majeure (fire, flood, theft, breakdown...) it will offer the client an apartment of equal or higher category if they are interested.
If it is not of interest to the client or it is not possible to accommodate clients, SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS will refund the amount of the reservation in case of cancellations.

GUEST IDENTITY:
The client must inform SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS of the total number of people who will occupy the apartment and therefore only these people will be able to use it based on the maximum capacity of each apartment. It will not be allowed to exceed the established capacity of the property. The client will provide their name, telephone number, copy of passports and email when making the reservation. SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS reserves the right to request the same information about the other occupants if this is necessary. SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS will carry out the necessary procedures with the Police or Civil Guard for correct registration.

BAIL:
At the time of check-in, the deposit corresponding to the property will be charged to the credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or payment in cash. Once reconfirmed that there are no damages, the state of cleanliness is correct, or complaints from other clients, neighbors, it will be refunded to the card or transferred by bank transfer. SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS requires 48 hours for this process.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
The client will be received personally at the property upon arrival.
Check-in will be from 5:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we will try to accommodate you in the apartment, depending on its availability. For arrivals after 9:00 p.m. a supplement of 10 euros will be charged, for after 23:00 hours 20 Euros, for after 01:00 hours 30 Euros and after 05:00 hours 50 Euros.
Check-out will be done before 12:00 noon.

EQUIPMENT/ SUPPLIES/ CLEANING:
All water, electricity and gas supplies are included in the rental price. The client will have at their disposal a complete set of sheets and towels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from the client's use during their stay in the apartment, including damages, injuries, losses due to theft, fire or criminal activity. In the event that during the client's stay in the apartment there is a breakdown unrelated to misuse by the client and makes it impossible for the client to stay there, SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS will be responsible for fixing it as soon as possible, with prior notification from the client. customer. If for any reason the problem cannot be fixed immediately, SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS will find another apartment for the client with the same characteristics.

GUEST BEHAVIOR:
The client and his companions must behave in a civil manner and respect the rules of coexistence. In the event that the general rules of coexistence are not met, SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS will have the right to demand the eviction of the apartment without any compensation.
Rest schedules must be respected. from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. / 10:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays.
Late night parties are not allowed.
In case of non-compliance with these rules and receiving complaints from neighbors to SIERRA NEVADA HOLIDAYS will be sufficient reason to terminate the tourist rental contract.
